Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific in Singapore is seeking an AI MLOps Engineer (Full Stack) to deploy, monitor, and govern AI/Generative AI solutions within an enterprise AI platform.

You will build and maintain MLOps pipelines, model monitoring, evaluation, security guardrails, and agent-level controls, collaborating with platform, ML, and DevSecOps teams to ensure reliable and compliant AI operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years in software engineering, MLOps, DevOps, data engineering or AI operations.
• Good Python programming skills.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript for dashboards and tools.
• Experience with AI model monitoring/evaluation/observability tools (e.g., CloudWatch, SageMaker Model Monitor, MLflow, Langfuse).
• Understanding of LLM evaluation techniques and AI governance principles.
• Familiarity with Amazon Bedrock capabilities and guardrails.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git version control.
• Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes and data security/privacy practices.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain governance controls for AI models and services.
• Develop and maintain AI model monitoring solutions (accuracy, drift, latency, cost).
• Design evaluation processes including benchmarking and human-in-the-loop reviews.
• Implement audit logging and traceability of AI inputs/outputs/usage.
• Configure and maintain AI security guardrails and prompt injection protection.
• Develop MLOps pipelines for deployment, versioning, release management, and lifecycle.
• Build full-stack dashboards and reporting tools for AI performance and risk visibility.
• Configure alerts and incident response for AI service anomalies and security issues.
• Collaborate with AI Platform Engineers, AI/ML Engineers, and DevSecOps to embed governance in workflows.
• Perform security checks, risk assessments, and compliance reviews for AI models and infra.
• Maintain technical documentation, model cards, governance standards, and procedures.
