FPT Asia Pacific is seeking an experienced Senior AI Platform Engineer (Full Stack) to design, develop, and maintain a centralised AI Foundation Platform for secure, scalable AI across enterprise applications. You will integrate LLMs, implement RAG solutions, and build reusable AI components, while ensuring governance, security, and performance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in full-stack development, cloud engineering, or AI platform engineering.
• At least 2 years of practical experience with AI/ML or Generative AI technologies.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, OpenSearch, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch and KMS.
• Strong programming skills in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience building RESTful APIs with FastAPI or Node.js.
• Experience building web apps with React, Angular, or similar frameworks.
• Hands-on with RAG pipelines, embeddings, vectors databases.
• Experience with Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation.
• Experience implementing CI/CD with GitLab, Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes.
• Strong cloud security, IAM, encryption, data protection.
• Hands-on with agentic AI systems, multi-agent orchestration, and memory.
• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks like Bedrock Agents, LangGraph, Strands.
• Familiarity with API integrations or Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Understanding AI observability, SLIs/SLOs, monitoring frameworks.
• Knowledge of IM8 and SSP gov ICT security requirements.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and maintain a centralised AI Foundation Platform using Amazon Bedrock to support AI-powered applications and services.
• Build and manage secure AI infrastructure, including model access, provisioning, quotas, API integrations, and service configurations.
• Develop full-stack platform services, including backend APIs, middleware, dashboards, and self-service portals.
• Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise applications and data sources for intelligent automation and contextual AI responses.
• Design RAG pipelines, knowledge bases, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Support model customization, prompt management, fine-tuning, and domain-specific AI knowledge.
• Develop reusable AI platform components, APIs, connectors, and shared services.
• Optimize AI platform performance, latency, throughput, scalability, availability, and cost.
• Monitor Bedrock consumption and cost optimization strategies.
• Implement secure AI infrastructure with IAM, network isolation, encryption, and secrets management.
• Develop IaC solutions and CI/CD pipelines for provisioning and deployment.
• Deploy and maintain monitoring and observability tools.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Design agentic AI infrastructure with Bedrock Agents, AgentCore, and orchestration frameworks.
• Develop reusable AI agents, tools, and orchestration patterns, including multi-agent workflows.
• Implement agent identity management, least-privilege access, secure tool execution, and approved registries.
• Configure agent usage limits including token usage, API rates, steps, timeouts, and spend thresholds.
• Implement agent observability with tracing, logging, metrics, and alerts.
• Support integration of agentic AI capabilities into enterprise apps and workflows.
• Collaborate with solution architects, DevSecOps, and development teams for end-to-end solutions.
• Conduct code and architecture reviews and technical assessments.
• Prepare technical documentation, runbooks, and onboarding guides.
• Support security reviews, architecture submissions, and SSP/ICT security requirements.
