Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Account Executive (Full Sets) to handle end-to-end accounting tasks at our International Business Park office.

You will prepare schedules, assist with yearly audits and tax computations, manage inter-company billing, and support monthly close and balance sheet reconciliations. The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, 2–3 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Excel and common accounting software.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting is required.
• 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software; knowledge of SG/MY accounting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accounting schedules and assist on yearly audits and tax computation.
• Assist on inter-company billing and end-to-end financial processes.
• Perform monthly close, balance sheet reconciliations and ensuring controls.
• Maintain proper accounting records and liaise with auditors, tax agents and banks.
• Support ad-hoc tasks as requested by management.
