Job summary

TDCX Group is seeking a capable Recruiter to join our Singapore team. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and drive end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offers.

You will implement innovative recruitment strategies, contribute to career talks and job fairs, and generate recruitment reports to measure impact. Join a global CX leader with strong growth and learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in any field is required.
• Minimum 2 years' recruitment experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Proven ability to source, screen, recruit and build relationships.
• High accountability, professionalism and integrity in all tasks.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining teamwork and quality.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and meet headcount targets.
• Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to interviewing to offers.
• Adopt effective and innovative recruitment methods to deliver targets.
• Participate in recruitment marketing activities such as talks and fairs.
• Prepare recruitment reports to monitor effectiveness of strategies.
• Handle recruitment administration and other duties to support the QMS.
