Qualifications

• Diploma or degree required with 2+ years in recruitment and selection.
• Proven ability to source, screen, recruit and build strong relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written English and local market language skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand recruiting needs and timelines.
• Manage full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer delivery.
• Drive innovative recruitment practices to meet headcount targets.
