Job summary

OHMM Pte Ltd is seeking a fulfilment assistant to support warehouse operations and ensure timely deliveries to our retail and commercial clients. You will help unload containers, perform monthly stock takes, and handle packing and paperwork to guarantee smooth day-to-day deliveries.

The role requires a clean Class 3 license, good communication in English and Chinese, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset. Singaporean or PR is preferred; you will be a team player improving service quality.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in unloading a container on a weekly basis.
• Assist in stock take on a monthly basis.
• Handle general warehouse duties including reorganization and cleaning.
• Assist with client deliveries and daily delivery preparation.
• Drive OHMM delivery truck for client deliveries.
• Deliver, unwrap, arrange and remove packaging.
• Complete paperwork and digital notifications for each delivery.
• Manage client requests or issues.

About the role

We are looking for a fulfilment assistant to carry out warehouse operations and champion deliveries to our clients – both retail and commercial clients. We place a huge emphasis on client service and an excellent executed delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in unloading a container on a weekly basis
• Assist in stock take on a monthly basis
• General warehouse duties – reorganization and cleaning
• Assist to KIV client deliveries for the next day's delivery
• Drive the OHMM delivery truck for clients' delivery
• Deliver, unwrap, arrange and remove packaging
• Complete paperwork & digital notifications associated with each delivery
• Manage any client requests or issues

About you

• Possess clean Class 3 license
• Good in communications, prefer both English and Chinese speaking
• Customer orientated and problem solving
• Proactive nature and a team player
• Singaporean or Permanent Resident
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
• A positive attitude, good communication skills and a responsive nature
• Experience in furniture delivery
