Job summary

FOUR LEAVES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is hiring for pastry production roles on a full-time or part-time basis.

Full-time hours are 7am-4pm with potential OT and a 6-day work week; gross salary up to SGD 2,700 per month. Part-time hours are 7am-2pm or 8am-3pm with 4 days on, 1 off cycle, and pay SGD 10/hour on Weekdays plus SGD 2/hour on Weekends/PH. Responsibilities include dough preparation, laminating, fillings, shaping croissants and other pastry items, quality checks, and maintaining hygiene.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and handling moderate physical workloads.
• Comfortable working in cold areas, including freezer rooms.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays according to roster.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and laminate dough according to production standards.
• Handle fillings and other ingredients.
• Shape and form croissants, danishes and other pastry products.
• Assist with frozen dough production according to daily requirements.
• Weigh, portion, label and sort dough and finished product accurately.
• Check products for quality, consistency and appearance.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene for workstations and equipment.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor/ Manager.

Working Hours & Salary

Full-Time:

• 7am-4pm (OT may be required based on production needs)
• 6 days work week
• Gross salary up to $2,700/month

Part-Time:

• 7am-2pm/ 8am-3pm (Additional hours may be required based on production needs)
• 4-days work, 1-day off cycle (including weekends & PH)
• $10/hour (Weekdays); +$2/hour (Weekends & PH)
