Job summary

Guzman y Gomez in Singapore is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support the kitchen team with fresh ingredient prep and smooth kitchen operations. You will be hands-on throughout the day, helping with food prep, keeping your station clean and organised, and assisting the team during busy service periods.

You will handle ingredient prep, maintain stock levels, uphold food safety and cleanliness, and assist across various kitchen tasks when required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and prep ingredients.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts.
