Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience in business planning, strategy, operations, project management, consulting, or a related role.
• Experience in Corporate Finance, Deal Advisory, Banking, Consulting, or Professional Services is preferred.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive multiple initiatives and collaborate effectively across geographies.
• Analytical and commercially minded, with the ability to translate business data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Experience supporting senior leadership, including business operations, meeting coordination, calendar management, and executive communications.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of strategic initiatives across Corporate Finance.
• Monitor progress of key projects and provide timely reporting and insights to stakeholders.
• Coordinate regional leadership meetings and annual team events, including agenda preparation and action tracking.
• Track budgets, business planning activities, and operational reporting for the SEA Corporate Finance practice.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance operational effectiveness across the practice.
