Responsibilities

• Represent BullionStar in person, email, and phone with accuracy.
• Handle high enquiry volumes without dropping standards.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to processes.
• Protect customer trust and confidentiality of data.
• Use AI and technology to draft responses, analyze trends, and automate tasks.

Compensation: $2,700 - $4,000/month (depending on experience) + AWS (13th‑month bonus) + up to 3 months VB

Schedule: 5‑day work week, including 1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
