Job summary

BullionStar Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to join a hands-on, goal-focused team. The role is 5 days a week with an on-site location in Singapore, offering AWS and VB bonuses and a chance to grow in precious metals handling.

You will be counting, verifying, and securing valuables, while supporting showroom displays and order fulfillment. This entry-level position requires discipline, stamina, and meticulous attention to detail.

Location: Singapore (Central)

S$2,000 - S$3,000/month

AWS (13th-month bonus) + VB (variable bonus up to 3 months )

5-day work week, inclusive of 1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)

What You’ll Own

• Get Every Count Right - Work with the vault team to receive, check, store, and prepare precious metals. Accuracy is critical - every item must be counted, verified, and recorded correctly. You'll also learn to test authenticity, handle cash, and run inventory checks.
• Keep Orders Moving - Pick, pack, and ship online orders with care. Speed matters, but accuracy always comes first.
• Stay on Your Feet - This is a physical role involving lifting, carrying, and moving items throughout the vault and warehouse.
• Take Pride in the Showroom - Help maintain showroom displays so they remain neat, accurate, and presentable.
• Speak Up and Improve Things - Flag issues, suggest improvements, and help refine processes.
