QUALITY CLEANERS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Frontline Retail Associate for our Luxury Garment Care brand. You will greet premium clients, assist with drop-off and collection, and provide expert advice on garment care in a premium retail environment.

This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work weekends and public holidays. Training is provided, with opportunities for progression within operations and management at our Singapore outlets.

Qualifications

• Singaporeans & PR only.
• Polished communication with a service-oriented mindset.
• Honest, dependable and detail-focused.
• Comfortable engaging with premium clientele.
• Retail or service experience is an advantage (training provided).
• Able to work weekends and public holidays.

• Assist customers with garment drop-off and collection.
• Provide professional advice on luxury garment care.
• Handle cashiering and payment transactions accurately.
• Manage bookings and enquiries through our system.
• Ensure careful handling of high-value garments.
• Manage solo shift confidently when required.

Work Schedule (Retail Hours)

Monthly roster provided in advance

Overtime payable for hours above 44 hours per week.
