Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in business management, finance or accounting.
• Interest in front-office finance and transaction execution.
• Willingness to learn KYC and due diligence processes.

Responsibilities

• Support structuring, credit analysis and due diligence for deals.
• Assist with documentation and funding arrangements up to financial close.
• Support sector coverage teams in originating new transactions and evaluating opportunities.
