Job summary

TRIPLO BAKEHOUSE PTE. LTD. is seeking a friendly Front of House team member to greet guests, take orders, and assist daily operations.

The role accepts both full-time and part-time applicants and requires English fluency, a positive attitude, and reliability. Training will be provided; weekend and public holiday availability is a plus. Responsibilities include serving customers, handling POS transactions accurately, preparing beverages and simple food items, keeping the front and dining areas

Qualifications

Singaporean or PR only.
Able to communicate fluently in English (required for taking orders and handling customer queries).
No prior experience required; training will be provided. Experience is a plus.
Positive attitude, responsible, and able to work on weekends and public holidays.
Well-groomed and punctual.

Responsibilities

Greet and serve customers in friendly and professional manner.
Take orders and handle cashiering using the POS system accurately.
Prepare and serve beverages and simple food items according to SOP.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the front counter, dining area, and equipment.
Assist in daily opening and closing duties, and adhere to shift schedules.
Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
