AVENUE K PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an enthusiastic Front of House Staff (Entry Level) to deliver warm service across multiple outlets, including Sentosa, Orchard, and Telok Ayer. You will assist in daily service, learn menu items, and support outlets in achieving strong guest satisfaction.

This role offers weekday and weekend shifts, a clear path to advancement, and training to master menu knowledge and storytelling, with a focus on teamwork and guest engagement.

Qualificações

• Previous restaurant experience is an advantage
• Good communication skills.
• Able to work independently and demonstrate positive professionalism.
• Friendly, outgoing, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, based on business needs.
• Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Singapore. Work visa sponsorship is not provided for this role.

Responsabilidades

• BUZZER & TABLE MANAGEMENT: Clear and reset tables efficiently between seatings.
• FOOD RUNNER DUTIES: Deliver food from kitchen to tables accurately and promptly.
• MENU MASTERY & TRAINING: Study menu thoroughly and participate in trainings.
• PROGRESSION TO SERVER DUTIES: Take customer orders and serve with proper technique.
• CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT: Provide friendly, attentive service and support senior servers.
