Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O levels with 2 years of relevant experience in customer service.
• Comfortable interacting with customers from different backgrounds.
• Candidates with experience in Customer Service, Retail, F&B, Hospitality, Events or other front-facing roles are advantageous.
• No experience? No worries! Candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
• Available for both office-hour positions and shift work, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional front-line customer service
• Attend to customer enquiries and provide accurate information and assistance
• Assist customers with requests, directions, registration or general service matters
• Handle feedback and complaints professionally and escape when necessary
• Support basic administrative and operational duties when required
• Maintain a positive and welcoming environment for customers and visitors
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Perform other customer service duties as assigned
