Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. in Singapore seeks energetic, customer-focused team members for our studios to assist walk-in customers, handle calls and bookings, and promote beauty products. You will manage payments and provide product knowledge to drive sales while delivering a sincere, smiling service.

Weekend and public holiday shifts are required across our four locations; permanent FT or PT roles available. Join us to learn hair removal and skincare skills while growing with the team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming walk-in customers, phone calls, appointment bookings and messages
• Handle client checkout and payments
• Deliver product knowledge to customers through effective communication to increase consumer understanding and product sales
• Promote products and services to maximize sales opportunities where necessary
• Address clients' needs and concerns efficiently and effectively providing service recovery when necessary
• Provide constructive feedback on sales, effectiveness of promotions, customers, product and service launches.
• Manage and maintain the studio's tidiness and cleanliness
• Other administrative ad-hoc duties where necessary

• Mustbe able to work at least one weekend day and also public holidays,based at one of our four locations (for FT) or across four locations(for PT) as necessary
• Committed for a permanent full-time position or a minimum of 12 day/month for part-time positions
• Working hours follow store operation hours
