Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is hiring a 2 Months Temp Guest Service Officer to be outsourced to a reputable hospitality organization located in Orchard. The role focuses on frontline customer service and handling guest registrations with rotating shifts.

Immediate availability is preferred and 44 working hours per week are required. Candidates must be customer service oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to start immediately and commit for 2 months.

Responsibilities

• Attend to residents’ queries and requests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Assist residents with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Handle guest and resident registrations.

• Attend to general enquiries and provide appropriate assistance.
• Perform other guest service and front office duties as assigned.
