Job summary

Far East's Orchard Parksuites invites a Guest Service Officer for a 2-month contract to support the Residence Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will respond to guest requests, handle inquiries, and ensure smooth operations across front desk functions, including telephony, cash handling, and safety procedures.

Ideal candidates have O-Level or equivalent, are flexible with rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays, and possess strong communication skills and a hospitable

Qualifications

• O-Level or equivalent.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and Public Holidays.
• Positive attitude with outgoing personality and good communication skills.
• Experience in hospitality and knowledge of HMS will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Residence Manager and deliver courteous guest services.
• Respond promptly to guests' complaints, requests and inquiries.
• Handle cashiering and adhere to the Residence's Standard Policies & Procedures.
• Maintain good guest relations and a hospitable attitude at all times.
• Take ownership of problems and report for follow-up when needed; write glitch reports when required.
• Ensure guest room security, emergency and fire procedures are followed.
• Be familiar with SR facilities, functions and events; provide accurate local information.
• Maintain a well-groomed appearance and tidy work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
