Job summary

JUST RECRUIT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a friendly front desk receptionist at our Orchard, Singapore location. You will greet guests, manage appointments, handle payments, and respond to inquiries while keeping a professional reception area.

Shifts rotate: 10:00am–6:00pm, 12:00pm–10:00pm, 3:00pm–2:00am; weekend work is required. A transport allowance is provided for late-night shifts. Competitive salary is offered based on experience.

Qualifications

• Able to communicate effectively to assist customers.
• Proficient in basic computer applications and Microsoft Office.
• Well-groomed with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer service or front desk experience will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage customer appointments and coordinate booking schedules.
• Handle customer payments and related front desk transactions.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to emails and WhatsApp enquiries.
• Provide customers with information on available services, treatments and products.
• Perform general front desk and customer service duties.
• Maintain a professional and organised reception area.
