NURTURE LIVING PTE. LTD. is seeking a friendly receptionist to support front desk and administrative tasks in Singapore. You will handle CRM data entry, answer calls, manage appointments, and ensure smooth documentation.

The role requires a cheerful, customer‑driven mindset and the ability to work retail hours including weekends. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or telemarketing is a plus.
• Able to commit to retail hours incl. weekends/public holidays.
• Cheerful and outgoing personality with customer focus.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general receptionist and administrative duties.
• Perform data entry using CRM system.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing system.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service.
• Book and confirm appointments via phone calls or SMS.
• Handle incoming/outgoing calls and take messages as needed.
• Attend to customer enquiries and manage bookings.
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
• Guide and train new staff to promote internal growth.

• Perform general receptionist and administrative duties
负责一般前台接待及行政工作

• Perform data entry using Customer Relationship Management(CRM)
使用客户关系管理系统（CRM）进行数据录入

• Ensure proper documentation and filing system
确保文件及档案系统整理完善

• Excellent telephone etiquette
具备良好的电话沟通礼仪

• Book and confirm appointments via phone calls and/or SMS
通过电话及/或短信安排及确认预约

• Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, divert calls torespective departments and jot down messages when required
处理来电及去电，转接至相关部门，并在需要时记录留言

• Attend to customer’s enquiries

• Manage customer’s appointment bookings

Job Requirements 任职要求
