Paperbakes in Singapore is hiring for a Front Counter Associate to support day-to-day operations, including packing, cashiering, and handling delivery orders. You will contribute to a warm, efficient customer experience at the counter and assist with stock checks and opening/closing duties.

No experience is required as training is provided; we welcome friendly, service-minded individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and work on weekends or public holidays when required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with front counter operations.
• Prepare and pack dine-in, takeaway, and delivery orders.
• Support order stickers, packing, drinks, cashiering, and order handover.
• Handle delivery orders, rider handover, and platform updates when required.
• Check and manage outlet stock, including topping up, ordering, receiving and storage.
• Maintain cleanliness at the counter and customer-facing areas.
• Support opening, mid-shift and closing duties.
• Follow Paperbakes SOP and service standards.
