Job summary

Vault Personnel Pte. Ltd. is seeking a kitchen cook responsible for preparing meals, ensuring top quality, and serving daily meals. The role involves measuring ingredients, receiving deliveries, inventory checks, and plating per Chef de Partie instructions.

Candidate must hold a GCE O Level or equivalent and a chef license with three years of food service experience; strong teamwork is required. Location is Thomson Road, Singapore, with a monthly salary of SGD 2,500.

Responsibilities

• Kitchen production: prepare ingredients, season meats, wash/peel/chop vegetables and fruits, plate dishes as instructed by the Chef de Partie.
• Receive deliveries, verify items, and manage stock to ensure quality and availability.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitize workstations; ensure proper hygiene.
• Cook from scratch using fresh, seasonal ingredients and serve daily meals.
• Monitor food costs and minimize waste; conduct monthly inventory with the Kitchen Manager.
• Ensure safety and adherence to SOPs; secure kitchen during off-hours.
