Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Product Manager for our freight and logistics technology domain. You will own the roadmap, translate business needs into detailed requirements, and drive digitalisation with AI-enabled solutions.

Collaborate with operations, engineering and data teams to deliver end-to-end initiatives, including BI dashboards and ERP integrations, while guiding migrations and change across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related discipline.
• Experience in product management, digital transformation, software delivery or data/tech delivery.
• Strong understanding of system integrations, databases, APIs and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own the technology roadmap for freight and logistics systems, driving growth, scalability and efficiency.
• Translate business needs into product requirements, user stories and technical specs for development teams and vendors.
• Lead digitalisation and automation initiatives across freight ops including AI-enabled solutions.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting for visibility into performance.
• Manage integrations with ERP, logistics platforms and external tech partners, including SLAs and monitoring.
• Prioritise enhancements based on business value, risk, and resources.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, data teams and vendors from concept to post-launch improvement.
• Support system migrations, training, go-live activities and continuous improvement.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the technology roadmap for freight and logistics systems, ensuring solutions support business growth, scalability and operational efficiency.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, workflows and technical specifications for development teams and vendors.
• Drive digitalisation and automation initiatives across freight operations, including process optimisation and AI-enabled solutions.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting to provide visibility into operational, service and financial performance.
• Manage integrations with ERP, logistics platforms and external technology partners, including technical requirements, SLAs and performance monitoring.
• Prioritise product enhancements and technical work based on business value, operational needs, risk and resources.
• Partner closely with operations, engineering, data teams and vendors to deliver solutions from concept through implementation and post-launch improvement.
• Support system migrations, user training, go-live activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Undertake other duties or projects as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in product management, digital transformation, software development, data or technology delivery. Logistics/freight experience is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of system integrations, databases, APIs, data analytics and enterprise technology.
• Experience with tools such as Power BI, Jira and Confluence.
• Exposure to AI, automation or emerging digital technologies is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across business and technical teams.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, CSPO or CSCP are advantageous.
