Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Freight IT System Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of freight technology platforms, including Freight Forwarding Systems and TMS. You will bridge business operations with technology, driving digital solutions for efficiency, visibility, and data-driven growth.

The role emphasizes system architecture, data analytics, AI automation, and vendor collaborations, requiring 7–10 years in product management with logistics tech exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, IT or related field.
• 7–10 years in product management, with at least 3 years in a technical role within logistics or freight forwarding.
• Industry certifications such as PMP, CSPO, CSCP are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain system architecture diagrams for freight ecosystem.
• Define technical roadmap aligned with scalability and digital transformation.
• Translate business requirements into technical design specifications and blueprints.
• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards for real-time visibility and KPIs.
• Manage end-to-end AI lifecycle, including production deployment of intelligent agents.
• Oversee integration with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and 3rd-party platforms.
• Prioritize work using data-driven scoring (RICE/WSJF) and manage cross-functional dependencies.
