Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Freight Technology Product Deputy Manager (Information Technology) to define, develop, and manage technology products supporting freight forwarding, transportation, and logistics operations. The role bridges business, technology, and partners to deliver digital solutions that improve efficiency, visibility, customer experience, and growth.

The incumbent owns lifecycle management of platforms including TMS, freight billing, portals, analytics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, IT, or related field.
• 7–10 years in product management, with at least 3 years in a technical role within logistics or freight forwarding.
• Industry certifications such as PMP, CSPO, CSCP is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain system architecture diagrams and technical roadmaps for freight technology platforms.
• Translate business requirements into design specifications and technical blueprints for developers and vendors.
• Design and build Power BI dashboards; oversee end-to-end AI lifecycle and automation solutions.
