Qualifications

• Background in Supply Chain, Logistics, or freight operations; software/dev experience is a plus.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with hands-on experimentation of emerging tech.
• Ability to lead technical transitions, migrations, and go-live support.
• Experience with RFP/RFI processes for vendor selection and evaluation.
• Strong Jira/Confluence usage for backlog management and dependencies.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and interest in AI-driven logistics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement across partners.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, hands-on approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to lead cross-functional coordination and change management.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Freight System Architecture & Roadmap: design and maintain architecture diagrams for the freight ecosystem.
• Freight Operations Digitalization & Automation: translate requirements into technical designs and specs.
• Data Analytics, AI & Automation Engineering: design and maintain Power BI dashboards and AI workflows.
• Systems Integration & Technology Ecosystem Management: oversee ERP/3rd‑party integrations and SLAs.
• Stakeholder & Business Partnership Management: prioritize work using RICE/WSJF and align with business goals.
