Job summary

Visa Hunt is seeking a Product Management professional to lead freight system architecture, roadmaps, and digitalisation initiatives. You will translate business needs into technical specifications, guide vendors, and drive data analytics, AI automation, and system integrations for a high-velocity logistics environment.

You will build dashboards, manage the end-to-end AI lifecycle, and drive continuous improvement while aligning with ERP and freight vendors to meet performance KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 7–10 years in product management, with at least 3 years in a technical role within logistics or freight forwarding.
• Industry certifications such as PMP, CSPO, CSCP is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain comprehensive system architecture diagrams for the freight ecosystem.
• Define the technical roadmap, aligning engineering initiatives with long-term business goals like scalability and digital transformation.
• Translate business requirements into comprehensive system narratives and technical design specifications.
• Provide developers and vendors with detailed blueprints, including database schema designs, UI/UX mockups, mapping logic, validation/error-handling rules, and audit logging frameworks.
• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and automated reports to provide logistics stakeholders with real-time visibility into freight performance, operational bottlenecks, and financial KPIs.
• Manage the end-to-end AI lifecycle, including the independent design, build, and production deployment of intelligent agents to automate manual freight processes.
• Oversee integration with 3rd-party logistics platforms, ERP systems (e.g.,SAP), and freight vendors, managing technical relationships and SLAs.
• Define and track critical technical and business KPIs (e.g., system uptime, API response times).
• Conduct post-implementation audits to measure operational improvements
• Use data-driven scoring systems (e.g., RICE or WSJF) to prioritize the team's workload and balance new features against maintenance, security, and stability requirements.
• Bridge the gap between freight operations and engineering by deconstructing complex needs into actionable user stories and technical specs
• Undertake assigned projects or duties as directed by Management.
