Job summary

ALS Customs Services in Singapore is seeking a Pricing Analyst to coordinate with Local Pricing, Procurement, overseas offices, and agents to obtain rates and tariff information, and to prepare accurate quotations based on Sales requirements in a timely manner.

You will follow up on quotations with customers and Sales teams to obtain feedback and business updates, while keeping records in the Ticketing System, Tariff and Rate Tools.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in the freight forwarding business or related fields.
• Regional exposure with experience handling local tenders and quotes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good team player.
• Positive and customer-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Local Pricing, Procurement, overseas offices, and agents to obtain relevant rates and tariff information.
• Prepare and submit accurate quotations based on Sales requirements in a timely manner.
• Follow up on quotations with customers and Sales teams to obtain feedback and business updates, while maintaining records in the Ticketing System.
• Provide customer feedback and market insights to the Pricing and Procurement teams.
• Handle commercial and pricing-related escalations pertaining to quotations.
• Utilize internal systems and tools, including the Ticketing System, Tariff and Rate Tools, to support pricing activities.
