Job summary

PENTAGON FREIGHT SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PRIVATE LIMITED is hiring to support day-to-day Ocean, Air and Road Freight operations from our Singapore office. You will plan shipments, arrange haulage, coordinate customs declarations and handle end-to-end documentation.

We welcome fresh graduates and those with 2–3 years of relevant experience who are motivated to grow with our team, delivering timely quotes and maintaining strong customer relationships in a fast-paced logistics environment.

• Relevant freight forwarding experience; ocean freight exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day Ocean, Air and Road Freight operations.
• Plan shipments including Air, LCL, FCL and Breakbulk.
• Arrange haulage and coordinate customs clearance declarations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate customers' shipments.
• Handle Import/Export shipments and end-to-end documentation.
• Troubleshoot and address customer complaints and disputes.
• Respond to enquiries promptly and provide quotes.
• Negotiate quotations with customers and overseas offices.
• Work with Sales/Commercial to maintain customer relationships.
• Monitor billing and ensure timely invoicing.
• May take on ad-hoc duties as required.
