Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service / Airfreight Coordinator. You will handle enquiries, process orders, prepare shipping and air documents, and coordinate with the operations team to schedule deliveries.

The role requires 1–3 years of customer service or airfreight experience and a diploma in logistics or equivalent. Working hours are 9am–6pm, Monday to Friday, with AWS, variable bonus and welfare benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service or airfreight experience.
• Diploma in Logistics Management or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Attend to enquiries.
• Process orders.
• Prepare shipping and air documents.
• Coordinate with the operations team on delivery schedules.
• Prepare billing to customers.
• Arrange booking and customs clearance.
• Declare permits.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
