Job summary

Domestic Maid Specialist is seeking a Logistics Operations Assistant to coordinate container and freight transportation activities in Singapore. You will liaise with customers, drivers, port operators, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and collection of containers, and prepare necessary delivery schedules and transport records.

The role requires 1–2 years of logistics experience, independence, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

1–2 years of logistics/freight/transport experience.
Experience coordinating transport ops with drivers asked.
Ability to work independently and manage several tasks.
Proficient with basic computer apps (MS Office).
Detail-oriented and fast-paced work style.
Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage daily operational activities related to container and freight transportation.
Liaise with customers, drivers, port operators, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and collection of containers.
Prepare and process operational documents, including job orders, delivery schedules, and transport records.
Monitor shipment status and handle operational issues or delays promptly.
Support planning of routes, manpower, and vehicle deployment to improve operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, workplace safety regulations, and transport requirements.
Maintain accurate operational records and prepare basic operational reports for management.
Perform other operational and administrative duties as assigned.
