Job summary

Rtist is seeking a Freelance Visual / Presentation Designer to support Trinax on proposal decks. You will craft visually engaging slides in Google Slides, adapting templates and sourcing visuals to strengthen the narrative, while leveraging AI tools for refinement.

This role emphasizes execution with strong typography, layout, and information design, working within fast timelines and delivering high visual quality. Experience with corporate or tech proposals is a bonus.

We’re looking for a Freelance Visual / Presentation Designer to support Trinax on proposal decks.

Our proposals can range from simple one-page documents to large 100+ slide decks. We have established templates and brand guidelines to work from, but most decks will need to be adapted and customised based on the proposal, client and story we are trying to tell.

This role is primarily about strong visual execution. Strategy, content direction and art direction will be provided by the Trinax team.

What you’ll work on

• Design and polish proposal decks in Google Slides
• Turn content into clear, well-structured and visually engaging layouts
• Adapt our existing templates rather than simply applying them slide by slide
• Create or source key visuals needed to strengthen the proposal narrative
• Use AI tools to generate, explore and refine visuals where appropriate
• Maintain visual consistency across decks, especially for larger 50 to 100+ slide proposals
• Work within relatively fast proposal timelines and respond to feedback efficiently

What we’re looking for

You do not need to lead the proposal strategy.

Trinax will provide the strategy, narrative direction, templates and art direction. We are looking for someone who can take that direction and execute it to a high visual standard.

Bonus if you have experience working on corporate, government, technology or creative agency proposals.

This is suitable for a designer who enjoys making complex information look clear, considered and convincing.
