Responsibilities

• Visual storytelling ideation and pitch strong visual rationales and themes for corporate reports and event concepts.
• AI-Enhanced workflows: integrate Generative AI tools into daily creative process to brainstorm and build unique visual assets.
• Execution & layout: deliver high-quality, pixel-perfect layouts across print, digital, and social media platforms.
• Co-creating: collaborate with copywriters and video production to align visuals with the project's voice.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Visual Storytelling: Ideate and pitch strong visual rationales and themes (like 3D paper-cut styles or human-centric themes) that give depth to corporate reports and event concepts.
• AI-Enhanced Workflows: Intelligently integrate Generative AI tools into your daily creative process to fast-track brainstorming, build unique visual assets, and elevate your storytelling.
• Execution & Layout: Deliver high-quality, pixel-perfect layouts and graphics across print, digital, and social media platforms.
• Co-Creating: Partner closely with our copywriters and video production team to make sure the visual aesthetic aligns seamlessly with the project’s voice.

Who You Are:

• You have at least years of design experience, ideally within a creative agency environment.
• You are a master of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and actively use leading Generative AI design tools in your workflow.
• You have a diverse portfolio that proves you can build a narrative and design flawless layouts. (Applications without a portfolio link will be skipped).
• You are flexible, curious, and excited to explore new design mediums.
