    Flexing It is a freelance consulting marketplace that connects freelancers and independent consultants with organizations seeking independent talent. Our client, India's Leading Social Enterprise, has partnered with Flexing It and is looking to engage with a Consultant: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a 6-month remote project.As the CFO Consultant, your key responsibilities will include being responsible for financial strategy and planning, leading financial forecasting and risk management, monitoring and analyzing economic trends and business performance to offer actionable financial insights. You will also be managing relationships with banks, investors, and external financial institutions, identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial risks, and leading financial due diligence in potential mergers, acquisitions, or strategic alliances.This is a 6-month remote project that requires a full-time commitment. The ideal candidate should be well-versed with investment experience and have a background in HR. Additionally, candidates should have 10-15 years of experience managing an HR business, along with experience working in a VC or investment bank. Prior experience working as a CFO or in similar roles is preferred, with strong financial acumen and the ability to provide strategic and operational guidance.,
