Job summary

A human resource consultancy firm in Singapore is seeking experienced Freelance HR Consultants to support various client projects. The role requires proven consultancy experience, particularly in HR strategy and organizational design, with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Excellent command of English is essential. This flexible position allows consultants to engage on a project-by-project basis, aligning terms before each engagement.

Qualifications

  • Good-to-have: IHRP certification or equivalent.

We work closely with organisations to design and implement practical, results-driven solutions that foster both organisational growth and employee engagement.

As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our network of freelance consultants to support a variety of client projects on a flexible, project-by-project basis. Depending on the project, consultants may be engaged to lead and deliver, support delivery, or serve as subject matter experts. Each engagement will vary in scope, time commitment, and compensation, with all terms clearly defined and agreed upon in advance to ensure alignment and transparency.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in delivering consultancy projects in areas such as: HR Strategy, Organisation Design, Talent Management & Succession Planning, Strategic Workforce Planning, Performance Management Frameworks, Total Rewards, and Competency Framework Development.
  2. At least 5 years of experience leading and/or delivering relevant consultancy projects for major organisations or government agencies.
  3. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
  4. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  5. Good-to-have: Possession of the Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP) certification or equivalent professional HR certification.
