Job summary

Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd. is seeking a freelance life insurance sales professional in Singapore. The role is fully remote with required in-office training occasionally, running for three months with flexible hours (Mon-Fri 9:00–18:30).

You will promote and sell life insurance, handle company leads, and earn a commission plus a $500 allowance. The ideal candidate is self-driven with excellent communication skills and the ability to meet sales targets while maintaining professional

Qualifications

• Must have BCP, PGI and HI Certificate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Life Insurance products.

- Flexible working hours from Monday - Friday (9.00am - 6.30pm)
- WFH (Required to return to office for courses/ training as and when required.)
- $500 allowances + Commission

Job Responsibilities

• Promote & sell Life Insurance (General Insurance).
• To adhere to professional standards of behaviour & conduct in dealing with customers and fellow staff.
• To continuously think ahead and help to develop solutions to emerging problems.
• To continuously suggest ways in improving the team as a whole.
• To actively tele-market the Bank's products to customers to generate sales revenue.
• To call company provided leads or customers.

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours from Monday - Friday (9.00am - 6.30pm), no minimum hours or days required.
• Only can work from Mon - Fri; 9am - 6.30pm as the system will be shut down other than the timing mentioned.
• $500 allowance - allowance will not be given if hospitalized due to zero work rate
