Job summary

Internsg is seeking a creative Freelance Graphic & Digital Designer to join our team for our company websites, social media and recurring yearly event projects. You will design everything from large-scale print backdrops to engaging web content, ensuring a cohesive, high-quality brand experience from the initial digital invitation to the physical event floor.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing both digital assets (web/social) and physical print marketing collaterals for events.
• Strong portfolio showcasing website assets, social media posts, email invites, large-format backdrops, and physical materials.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or equivalent.
• Understanding of responsive web asset sizing, social media dimensions, and large-format print production requirements.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple deliverables, meet tight deadlines, and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Digital & Website Content Design: create graphics, banners, hero images, and landing page layouts for event sites.
• Social Media Creative: design graphics, carousels, and templates for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Email Marketing: design HTML emails and newsletters.
• Event Print & Signage: design backdrops, pull-up banners, signage, and marketing collaterals.
• Recognition Materials: design plaques, certificates, and branding materials.
• Production & Revisions: prepare print-ready artwork and iterate designs based on feedback.
• Brand Integrity: ensure consistency with event branding and guidelines.
