About the role
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented and highly organised Events & Strategic Partnerships Coordinator to join our team. The primary focus of this role is event coordination responsibilities, providing hands‑on support to the Events Team in the planning and execution of local and regional events. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys combining creative design work with the energy and variety of the events industry, and who can confidently manage multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines.
Key responsibilities
Assist the Events Team in planning and coordinating local and regional events.
Provide on‑site support during events, including pre‑event setup, event operations and post‑event tear‑down.
Prepare event plans, layouts, agendas, run sheets and other relevant event documentation.
Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to support the smooth planning and execution of events.
Respond to customer enquiries and call‑ins in a timely, professional and service‑oriented manner.
Serve as a liaison point for clients, partners, suppliers and other event stakeholders, ensuring queries and issues are addressed promptly.
Assist with the sourcing and procurement of materials, equipment and other items required for events and programmes.
Support event logistics and coordination across multiple projects as required.
Maintain relevant web portals and event platforms with up‑to‑date content, ensuring all materials comply with applicable branding guidelines and receive the necessary management approval.
About you
Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, Events Management or a related discipline.
2–4 years of relevant experience in graphic design, marketing, events or a related field.
Strong proficiency in industry‑standard design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools.
Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing platforms.
Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour, composition and visual hierarchy.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and supporting events outside standard office hours when required.
