Job summary

The Elitejob is seeking a Freelance Creative Designer to collaborate on a project basis, bringing fresh ideas to life across digital and print touchpoints, including social media, web content, and printed materials.

In this role you will ideate visuals, ensure brand consistency across multiple brands, and collaborate with the Senior Designer to deliver high-quality creatives on time. Some copywriting support may be required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of design experience (freelance, in-house, or agency).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong eye for design, layout, colour and typography.
• Solid understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Ability to think conceptually and translate ideas into visuals.
• Reliable, communicative and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Ideate, craft, and design visuals across digital and print platforms—including social media, web content, and eye-catching printed materials
• Contribute ideas and visual concepts for social campaigns and marketing initiatives
• Work with internal briefs to craft visuals that align with the brand voice and goals of a diverse mix of brands
• Occasionally support with copywriting or content suggestions
• Collaborate with Senior Designer to refine and deliver creatives on time
• Ensure consistent quality and attention to detail
