Job summary

InternSG is seeking a Graphic & Digital Production Designer to create and prep designs for print, digital, web, and e-commerce applications. You will work across publications, yearbooks, marketing materials, and websites with a focus on typography and visual communication.

You will use Adobe Creative Suite and Figma for layouts, wireframes, and UI concepts, and collaborate with the production team to ensure print-ready artwork and accurate web assets.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Good understanding of print production and pre-press.
• Strong design, typography, layout, and visual communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organisational and time-management skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create designs for publications, yearbooks, photobooks, marketing materials, promotional items, websites, and digital content.
• Adapt and update designs based on customer and internal requirements.
• Ensure consistency with brand and design guidelines.
• Support web and e-commerce design, including page layouts and user interfaces.
• Manage design tasks through online publishing, yearbook, photobook, or other workflow systems.
• Review customer-supplied artwork and provide design guidance where required.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
