Job summary

Mastercard Worldwide is seeking a Manager, Fraud Attack Response & Insights - Asia Pacific to lead analyses of fraud attacks impacting Mastercard customers across the region. You will translate incidents into actionable intelligence and remediation recommendations.

The role collaborates with customers, regional teams, product groups, and fraud leaders to identify attack patterns, assess controls, and strengthen Mastercard's fraud defenses in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in payment fraud, fraud operations, or fraud risk management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for senior audiences.
• Experience working across functions, regions and cultures.
• Knowledge of payment ecosystems, card security controls, and fraud mitigation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Participate in high-impact fraud TRTs and customer response activities.
• Support fraud attack investigations, analysis, and incident response coordination.
• Develop post-incident retrospectives and systemic remediation recommendations.
• Analyze fraud attacks, threats, and events to identify attack vectors and control gaps.
• Produce fraud intelligence reports and executive-ready summaries.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders to collect market intelligence and trends.
• Identify opportunities for network controls and product improvements.
• Build relationships with fraud leaders at customers and partners.
