Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in payment fraud, fraud operations, fraud intelligence, or fraud risk management.
• Strong understanding of payment card fraud, account opening fraud, account-to-account fraud, and emerging threats.
• Experience conducting fraud investigations, attack analysis, or incident response activities.
• Ability to identify patterns across disparate data sources and develop actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting findings to senior audiences.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience working across functions, regions, and cultures.
• Knowledge of payment ecosystems, card security controls, authentication technologies, and fraud mitigation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Participate in high-impact fraud TRTs and customer response activities.
• Support fraud attack investigations, analysis, and incident response coordination.
• Develop post-incident retrospectives and contribute to systemic remediation recommendations.
• Analyze fraud attacks, emerging threats, and customer events to identify attack vectors and gaps.
• Produce fraud intelligence reports, attack assessments, and executive-ready summaries.
• Partner with regional stakeholders to collect market intelligence and identify trends.
• Support development and maintenance of the fraud attack registry and threat intelligence repositories.
• Identify opportunities for network controls, standards enhancements, and product improvements.
