Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales, beauty, cosmetics or fragrance sales preferred.
• Passionate about perfumes and luxury products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with proactive attitude.
• Sales-driven with target focus.
• Able to work retail shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised perfume recommendations based on customers' needs.
• Deliver excellent customer service and an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Demonstrate fragrance knowledge, including notes, collections and brands.
• Drive sales performance by achieving individual and store sales targets.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.
• Maintain product displays, store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with daily store operations, stock replenishment and inventory management.
