HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. invites a polished Sales Associate to join a prestigious fragrance house at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore. You will engage high-net-worth clients, tell compelling brand stories, and drive sales in a luxury boutique setting.

The role requires prior luxury retail experience and superb interpersonal skills. Mandarin is a plus as you build lasting relationships with discerning clientele while maintaining impeccable presentation and boutique operations.

Qualifikationen

Experience in luxury or ultra-luxury retail
Selling premium products priced in the thousands
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Polished, confident and professional presentation
Mandarin proficiency is an advantage for serving Mandarin-speaking clientele
Passion for fine fragrances, luxury craftsmanship and exceptional customer experiences

Introduce exclusive fragrance collections through engaging product storytelling
Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP and high-value customers
Understand individual preferences and recommend suitable luxury products
Achieve sales targets through consultative selling and relationship management
Maintain impeccable boutique presentation and merchandising standards
Support daily boutique operations and client follow-ups
