Job summary

Maison 21G Paris at Duxton Hill in Singapore is seeking a Sales Executive | Scent Designer to be the face of the brand, offering personalised fragrance consultations and guiding clients through our scent creation journey.

You will engage VIP and international clients, upsell fragrances and bespoke creations, and host boutique events while upholding luxury service standards. 3–6 years in customer-facing sales is preferred and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of customer-facing sales experience.
• Luxury retail or fragrance experience preferred.
• Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

• Host and support fragrance workshops, private appointments and boutique events.
• Maintain impeccable boutique presentation and luxury service standards.
• Continuously develop your fragrance knowledge and understanding of the Maison.

Maison 21G Parisis a creative luxury fragrance Maison built around the art of personalised perfumery. Through our unique scent creation experience, we invite each client to discover our fragrance ingredients and create a signature scent that is uniquely their own.

With the opening of ournew boutique in Duxton Hill, we are looking for an experienced and charismaticSales Executive | Scent Designerto join our team.

The Role

As aScent Designer, you will be the face of the Maison — part fragrance adviser, part storyteller and part host.

Through conversation and scent discovery, you will understand each client's personality and preferences, guide them through their fragrance journey and create an experience that is personal, memorable and distinctly Maison 21G.

This is a client-facing and commercially driven role for someone who genuinelyloves perfume, enjoys meeting people and knows how to sell naturally.

Who We Are Looking For

Ideally, you will have3–6 years of customer-facing sales experience, preferable within luxury retail, fragrance, beauty, fashion, jewellery, lifestyle or premium hospitality.

More importantly, you are:

• Anatural conversationalistwho genuinely enjoys meeting and connecting with people
• Passionate aboutperfume and fragrance, with a curiosity to learn more
• An experienced salesperson who can recommend, upsell and close confidently without being pushy
• Comfortable building long-term client relationships rather than focusing only on individual transactions
• Warm, polished and confident with local, international and VIP clientele
• Proactive, responsible and comfortable taking ownership of your sales performance
• Available to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Previous professional fragrance experience is an advantage, butgenuine passion for perfume is essential.
