Job summary

Symrise AG in Singapore is seeking a Fragrance Development Coordinator on a 1-year contract. You will lead regional product launches, coordinate sample preparation, and support client projects in a fast-paced fragrance environment.

The role involves cross-team collaboration, logistics coordination, and assisting with affiliate visits, with fresh graduates welcomed to join the team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and consolidate new product launches across the region in partnership with marketing team, including receiving products from commercial and counterparts, preparing labelled decant samples and placing market samples in the compactor while updating the reference catalogue.
• Organize weekly smelling sessions for new products received in the prior week.
• Support application and oil sample requests for client project submissions and Category Fragrance Development Manager.
• Support benchmark ordering for projects.
• Support backyard and BU tests including coordinating sample preparation and logistics and organizing data for export markets as required.
• Support planning and organizing for affiliate or client visits.
• Liaise with Fragrance Development Manager interns on workshop and client meeting preparation.
• Maintain stocks of evaluation tools and equipment, placing orders as needed.
• Provide logistics support for Key Global Accounts as required.
• Manage receipt of shipments from affiliates.
• Service evaluation facilities and maintain printers and other team equipment.
• Order office supplies for pantry and stationery.
• Coordinate team lunches and other interactive occasions.
• Provide support during client or management visits to the office
