Qualifications

• 0–1 year experience in retail.
• Experience in beauty retail POS stores/counters preferred.
• Strong product knowledge and understanding of retail operations.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day shop operations.
• Contribute to store innovation and productivity to ensure seamless customer experience and brand standards.
• Build rapport with customers to maintain long-term relationships.
• Handle complaints effectively.
• Follow cash handling and asset procedures.
• Merchandise products and displays to maximize sales.
• Conduct monthly stock checks and maintain accurate stock records.
