Board Match-Up partners with a leading industrial manufacturing organization serving the global energy and oilfield equipment sector. We are seeking a Fractional Strategic Advisor to work directly with the CEO and leadership team in Singapore, with regional travel across Southeast Asia and the Middle East.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of leadership experience within industrial manufacturing, energy, or related sectors.
• Deep expertise in supplier quality, manufacturing excellence, procurement and supply chain operations.
• Experience with global supplier networks across Asia and the Middle East.
• Strong knowledge of quality and compliance frameworks (API, ISO) and governance.
• Hands-on, pragmatic leadership style with influence without formal authority.

Responsabilités

• Advise the CEO and leadership team on supplier quality, operational risk, and supply chain strategy.
• Provide an independent executive perspective on critical supplier decisions and priorities.
• Translate complex operational challenges into practical, scalable solutions.
• Evaluate supplier capabilities across manufacturing, quality systems, and controls.
• Lead supplier audits, capability assessments, and corrective action initiatives.
