NES GLOBAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of a major FPSO asset repair and life extension programme.

You will liaise with onshore, offshore, and shipyard stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and timely delivery of upgrades, with emphasis on safety and compliance. Qualifications

FPSO project experience is essential.
Experience supporting an operational FPSO asset is required.
Advanced Maximo CMMS knowledge is required.
Strong budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting skills are needed.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication across interfaces are essential.

Responsibilities

Support the Project Lead in planning, development, and execution of schedules and milestones.
Assist with budget preparation, forecasting, and resource planning.
Monitor resource allocation and man-hour expenditure to optimise productivity.
Coordinate and manage third-party vendors and contractors, including contract administration.
Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams to develop technical work packs, scopes, and execution plans.
Liaise with onshore, offshore, and shipyard teams to deliver project work scopes.
